Start, pause, resume, or end a fast in a single tap. Adjust your start or end time after the fact when life gets in the way. The dashboard shows your current state, progress toward your window, and elapsed time at a glance.

Five protocols, plus your own

Choose from 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or OMAD—or build a custom protocol by the hour. Switch anytime without losing your history.

Designed around the circadian rhythm

The visual identity follows the cycle of night, sunrise, and day. Soft mesh gradients shift with your fasting state, and the interface keeps focus on your content.

Apple Health, both ways

Log your weight in kilograms or pounds and Circa writes it to Apple Health. Weight you add elsewhere—a smart scale, the Health app, another tracker—flows back into Circa automatically. Units follow your region and are fully overridable.

Your data, on your device

Everything lives locally with SwiftData and syncs privately across your devices through your own iCloud account. No required account. No external backend. No social feed.
